At Clockwise Design, Clare understands the components that all projects need. From conceptualizing ideas and setting up a budget, to gathering all the information required for CAD drawings, to supplying structural engineer calculations for moving walls or planning an addition, she can provide the complete drawing package to submit for city approval. All technical requirements and details are included: framing, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, and structural calculations. At the end of the project, you own the drawings, provided for you in a PDF file format. PDF formatted files are excellent communication tools for sharing with prospective contractors.
Clare’s specialty is in creating graphic documentation to help in visualizing usable space. She plans your project as a 3-D rendering for your Kitchen, Bath, Office, Laundry Room, Entertainment Center, or whole house with emphasis on space planning. For renderings that are more realistic, she can specify your particular cabinet door style, wood species, cabinet color choice, flooring, lighting, appliances, moldings, windows, doors, furniture, plants, and room color.

Fees for conceptual design start at $375 for a room size approximately 14’X 16’, however you can purchase as much or as little service, that that is necessary to meet your requirements.
